Southern Chicken Sandwich Mcdonalds Calories

Can anyone estiamte the calories in Mcdonalds southern style chicken sandwich?

I used to be on this awsome calorie counting diet, which I could eat anything as long as I worked it off or ate it in small portions. I love this sandwich, but I have no idea how many calories are in it. I checked the website and it’s not there, I actully emailed them about it and was told they had no idea because it was a regional item. I’d like to geuss it’s about the same as a chick-fil-a sandwich but But it’s cooked in differant oil and the bun is buttered. Worst comes to worse I won’t eat the thing at all when I go back on this diet but if anyone has any idea or knows how I could find out on my own please let me know.
